Additional comments: One chant by Edward Blake is attributed in several books to "Rev. Blake". The Anglican Chantbook (book no. 8) attributes to this (Rev.) Edward Blake.The same chant in Warren (book no. 161) is attributed to Dr. Blake of Salisbury with the year 1759, which fits with Edwards dates. Chants in book 161 are forwarded by A. T. Corfe, organist of Salisbury Cathedral.
