Aldrich, Henry (1647-1710)
Additional information: The chant with fingerprint (-3 5 -3 5 -4) is often attributed to Henry Aldrich. Except for Boyce (book no. 121, 1788) all chant books before 1800 attribute to Alcock, including Alcock himself in book no. 6 (1752), which he claims contains all own compositions.
Therefore in the index this chant is always attributed to Alcock, with mention of the attribution to Aldrich, where necessary.
